Data Deletion

1. What this covers

When you connect an advertising account — Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, or LinkedIn — Adveron stores what it needs to read that account on your behalf. This page explains what that is and how to delete it. It also covers the data in your own Adveron account.

2. What we store from a connected account

• The authorization credential. The access or refresh token the platform issues when you connect, stored encrypted. It is the only durable secret a connection holds.
• The granted permissions and selected assets. Which permissions you approved and which Page, ad account, or property you chose to connect.
• Who connected it. A record of the Adveron user who authorized the connection and when, kept for audit.

We do not retain the content Adveron reads through a connection. When you run a query — for example, the comments on one of your own ads — that data is fetched live from the platform and returned to you in the response; it is not stored, and neither are the profiles of the people who left it.

3. How to delete it

• Disconnect the data source. In the Adveron console, open the connector and disconnect it. This immediately destroys the encrypted credential we hold. Where the platform provides a way to revoke the authorization itself, we also revoke it so the token stops working at the provider.
• Delete your account or workspace. Removing your Adveron account deletes or pseudonymizes your account data and removes the connections it holds.
• Ask us to do it. Email support@adveron.com and we will delete the connection and the stored data associated with it. We action deletion requests within 30 days.

4. Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

To delete data Adveron obtained through your Meta login, disconnect the Meta Ads data source in the console, or email support@adveron.com. Adveron holds only the authorization token and the Page and ad account you selected; disconnecting destroys that token and revokes the authorization at Meta. Adveron does not retain the posts, comments, or commenter profiles it reads on your behalf.
